On 23 February, during the closing ceremony of the Winter Olympics in Sochi took place artistic representation of journey through the culture of Russia.

Among the various accents of culture, there was also the music of Rachmaninoff, the composer from the nineteenth century.
Fragment of C-minor concert of Sergei Rachmaninoff was played by Denis Matsuev on the grand piano with orchestra. Artistic vision of the director of ceremony included also nearly 50 accompanying grand pianos.
